Use any bootdisk (any corresponding to your hardware. You don't need
network at this time.) Boot from disk, when prompting for other
patrameters write mount root=/dev/hda3 ro (or where your root partition
is, 'ro' only if your filesystem if ext2).
Now You have booted to linux, than start lilo, it installs LiLo to your
MBR. Restart and enjoy your nice Linux....
