NFS error messages

The NAG, the NSF how-to, as well as the nsf and exports man pages do not
explain NSF error messages.

I get errors 2 and 13 (under different circumstances) when trying to start
a diskless workstation. The errors are not in obvious kernel header files,
and are not readily found in the nsf kernel code. -- I have done some
looking - really.

If I have to purchase the O'Reilly NIS/NFS book, I will. Rather not.
