Not necessarily. You need to install a proxy server on the gateway,
listening on port 80 and redirecting everything to the NT box. But why the
hell would you want to run a web server on the NT box when you have a
"real" OS in the network? Just kidding. As the proxy server, you could use
the free TIS firewall toolkit. It has a number of proxy daemons.
