Netkit >= B-0.08 telnet problem

The telnet progran which comes with Netkit-B-0.08 upward
(including Netkit-0.09) has problem with slow console,
for example:

telnet hostname

and execute:

$ while : ; do ls -l /dev/; done

During the fast scroll, it will drop with message:

"Connection closed by foreign host" (exitcode 01).

Fast console eg. linux w/ fast console patch works fine, however
slower consoles such as stock linux console, xterm, rxvt do not.

I know this is not in.telnetd problem because Netkit-B-0.07A
telnet works fine with any Netkit in.telnetd.
