were not using 95 as a router, linux is doing thr routing.
95 is connected to the linux machine via ethernet.
no packets from the 95 machine getting to and from the internet
... but locally, machines talk to each other fine. win 95 machine has its
own unique ip address, and gateway is configured for the ip address of the
linux machine that is connected to the isp via telephone. Linux machine
operates perfectly to and from the internet. I would like to hear from
people that have a similar set-up thats working sucessfully.
Also ip forwarding is compiled into the linux kernel. version 2.0.28
kernel..
Send help quick before machine get a huge bullett hole in the side of it..
