BNC vs RJ45

I just got a 10mb/s ethernet card, NE2000 clone, on a PCI bus, and here's
the issue I'm trying to deal with. I've a BNC network at home, and the
card is one of those stupid "plug and play" well, it's configuring itself
to use the RJ45 connector. I think. There are no DOS utilities for it to
configure it... any idea what i can do to change it, or make the driver
use the other port??
Any help appreciated.
