Generalised NAT is not handled by Linux at present.

There is some code for BSD varients which can do this called IP Filter -
it may be possible to mangle this for Linux (although some/much of the
functionality will overlap).

There have been requests for this on Linux, however currently I don't
think any of the people who code the IP Masquerading stuff have been
enthused enough to cut code! If you are enthused enough, please code it
(or bribe someone else to do it)!
