I've had some limited success, and I suspect most of my failure was
in using lesstif and not a polished Motif implementation.

did a linux port, and I believe it is the one that lives on
sunsite.unc.edu.
If you have a /usr/src/hnms2/doc/README.Linux then you have the right
one.

There is the following warning in the README that might be relevant for
you:

------> Be forewarned that you will need to obtain the Motif libraries,
------> ISODE-7.0 (not 8.0) and tcpdump if they do not already exist
on your system.
