I've been running Netscape for 2 years now and with the current version and
with 2.0.x kernels I have had no problems. Maybe there is something else wrong
with your configuration.

Also, I think Netscape does take Linux serious. They are still supporting it!
Don't bash venders that are working with Linux else no more will....
