"double lock on socket" messages with 1.3.69

Twice now, immediately after typing into an rlogin session (from my
Linux PC to an Alpha running OSF/1) that had been idle for a few
hours, I've gotten the following kernel message:

Feb 29 01:48:02 nelly kernel: double lock on socket at 00145723

I'm not sure if the "at X" number was the same (I didn't save the
first one), but the message was. Nothing seemed to be wrong
aftwerwards.

I'm running 1.3.69 on an i486 with the default TCP/IP networking
configuration.
