Socket destroy delayed in 1.3.69

I'm getting the "impossible" "Socket destroy delayed" message at regular
intervals of 10 (I think) seconds. This started immediately after I booted
1.3.69. It has only happened once out of the three (I think) times I have
run 1.3.69; I will probably reboot and see if it goes away.

This hasn't seemed to have any effect on the system other than unwanted
printks...

I hope this helps. Let me know if you want more information.
