I found a solution in the end.
Linux supports IP_PKTINFO even on PF_INET6 sockets when IPv4-mapped addresses are used.
Thus it's possible to specify source address of sent UDP datagrams in sendmsg().

Nevertheless, how much IPv4-mapped addresses are supported? Any documentation?
