'tcp_slow_start_initial' in Linux?

Hello,
I am looking for a way to increase the initial congestion
window for TCP slow-start. (according to RFC 3390)
After searching the Web and digging the mailing lists,
I found that Solaris has a 'tcp_slow_start_initial' sysctl
variable, but not in Linux.
Currently, the Linux kernel source seems to set it
as 2 segments, but is there some easy way to change
it without modifying the kernel code?
Thanks,
Sunghwan
