NetXen module load

I've just gotten my first NetXen card and I'm getting some errors on
module load that I can't decypher... I've so far tried 2.6.24 and
2.6.26 on x86_64, though I see now that they use the same NetXen
driver version. The error:

NetXen Network Driver version 3.4.18
netxen_initialize_adapter_offload: ERROR: Could not allocate dummy DMA memory
netxen_nic: probe of 0000:07:00.0 failed with error -12
