/proc/net/tcp internal status codes...

Hello,

  Where can I read more about the internal status codes for
/proc/net/tcp?  I've attempted to find the definitions (eg 0A == ?, 01
==?, etc) for each status code, but no luck so far.  I've found a few
google searches, but nothing from an authoritative source.  Is this
even the right list to ask such a question?
