iproute2-2.6.22-070710.tar.gz is a tar bomb

It look like the latest iproute2 wasn't packaged correctly.

$ tar -tf iproute2-2.6.22-070710.tar.gz | head

README.lnstat
RELNOTES

There's no iproute2-2.6.22-070710 subdirectory. Any chance we could
see a new tarball that doesn't have such unexpected results?
