Re: [Ipw2100-devel] // ksoftirqd at 99%. caused by certain network activity? //

hi again,

with alot of network traffic (download and upload) to both the local network (high bandwidth)
and the external network (much lower), i was able to reproduce the problem on driver ipw2200-1.0.10.

i could just see the output of netstat before having to bring the system
down and it doesn't look like a DDoS from there. i couldn't copy this
output.

i'm pleased i could at least reproduce it this time. was worried this
was going to have to be a very slow thread while i waited for the next
ksoftirqd 'spasm' ;)

stefan's bug is alive and well in 1.0.10 it seems.

so can we confirm it's an ipw2200 issue and not something linux-net
might be interested in?

cheers,

julian
