The tulip driver or the dmfe driver should do the trick.

There is a way of finding out which driver to use with the kernel you're
using. I get:

$ grep -F -e 5261 /lib/modules/$(uname -r)/modules.pcimap
tulip                0x000010b9 0x00005261 0xffffffff 0xffffffff 0x00000000 0x00000000 0x0

I get just tulip because I have not built the dmfe driver. I found out about
the dmfe driver by grepping drivers/net for 5261.
