Is there a way to configure the /proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_keepalive_time

There seems to be a TCP_KEEPALIVE option in POSIX ...

Got a URL? That keyword doesn't match anything at
http://www.opengroup.org/onlinepubs/007904975/toc.htm

SuSv3 does define TCP_NODELAY as a socket option,
but that's the only tcp-specific one.
