Quick repeat of TCP module question

Hi everyone-

Apologies for repeating the question, but I'm going to give it 1 last
shot as no one seems to have replied in a week.

* Is anyone aware of successful attempts to convert TCP into a module?
* Alternatively is anyone aware of why doing this is not possible?

Maybe this should get posted to linux-kernel?
