Unless the 2.4.22-preX or 2.6.0-test1 kernel you're testing the
igmpv3 stuff with is under /usr/src/linux, such a symlink is not
going to help you.
You need to symlink /usr/include/linux to
/path/to/where/I/build/kernels/linux
