Problem with new Netlink protocol family

Hi all
 I'm developing a new netlink protocol family . but till now i haven't found
a solution to handle "recv sys-call" families to deliver the user messages
to kernel.

 I've already read the Netlink Sockets overview by Goweri Dhandapani.
