It is try to control outgoing traffic from machine. He is my config:

tc qdisc add dev eth0 root handle 1: cbq bandwidth 100Mbit avpkt 1000

tc class add dev eth0 parent 1: classid 1:1 cbq bandwidth 100Mbit \
rate 100Mbit allot 1514 weight 1Mbit prio 8 maxburst 100 avpkt 1000 \
isolated bounded

tc qdisc add dev eth0 parent 1:1 handle 2: cbq bandwidth 100Mbit avpkt 1000

#class for 192.168.1.5
tc class add dev eth0 parent 2: classid 2:5000 cbq bandwidth 100Mbit \
rate 70Mbit allot 1514 weight 200Kbit prio 2 maxburst 100 avpkt 1000

#class for 192.168.1.6
tc class add dev eth0 parent 2: classid 2:5001 cbq bandwidth 100Mbit \
rate 10Mbit allot 1514 weight 200Kbit prio 2 maxburst 100 avpkt 1000

tc qdisc add dev eth0 parent 2:5001 tbf rate 10Mbit buffer 45Kb/8 limit 15Kb

tc filter add dev eth0 parent 1: protocol ip prio 6 u32 \
match ip src 192.168.1.5 flowid 1:1
tc filter add dev eth0 parent 1: protocol ip prio 6 u32 \
match ip src 192.168.1.6 flowid 1:1

tc filter add dev eth0 parent 2: protocol ip prio 5 u32 \
match ip src 192.168.1.5 flowid 2:5000
tc filter add dev eth0 parent 2: protocol ip prio 5 u32 \
match ip src 192.168.1.6 flowid 2:5001

Question:
Now i am trying to see changes in rate when priority of class changes. But
nothing happened.
Can you explain it?
