Horrible ne2k-pci performance under 2.4-testx.

I've got a P2-333 w/ 128MB RAM and a RealTek RTL-8029.
Under linux 2.0/2.2 i've got almost no system load while using the network
card. But while running 2.4-testx the system load is about 35% when the card
is under heavy load.
