If you are hosting https sites it is not that simple. Currently
netscape (for example) will only let you use one cert per copy of netscape
that is running. This means if you want to host 500 secure sites with
different names you need to run 500 copies of netscape, each on a seperate
IP address (or port, but that causes other problems)
