RE: Performance Tests Cisco 2514 and Pentium 166/400

Cisco 2500 is a very low end router. Cisco rates its performance at 1000pps
with process switching (using the cpu) and 4000pps with fast switching
(using RAM). Packet size is 64 bytes. Another thing to remember, cpu is
only 20mhz.

So be gentle.....
