Thanks Alan for fast answering. give me some time for getting the dumps out
(i'm not so confident with this area). You have special things we should looking
for or are there any sections you are not interested to see?
by the way we've talked to our internal network team to check their setup to be
sure on the physical side. then we have install a second box with same config
to check that this is reproducable or not.
