I found the file shapecfg-2.2.12-2.src.rpm on a german mirror
of ftp.redhat.com at
ftp.cs.tu-berlin.de/pub/linux/Mirrors/ftp.redhat.com

I hope it works with my "CymruNet Traffic Shaper BETA 0.04 for Linux
2.1"
