A brief report, AHA2940 BIOS v1.23, 2.0.34 works fine, 2.1.105 doesn't,
2.1.105 + 2.0.19patch doesn't.
The kernel says something about invalid scbptr 16 during SELTO - I haven't
got the detailed info - sorry, although I could produce one if you wanted.
