I tried booting my kswapd-less kernel with mem=4M, and it was fine until I
logged in, at which time the console was immediately spammed with zillions
of try_to_free_page messages which didn't stop until I rebooted (didn't
have to turn the reset switch this time :)). My login shell is linked with
libc6, whereas /bin/login and mingetty are linked with libc5.
