2.0.21 crashes with ISDN

current release 2.0.21, please add to the next kernel release the
ISDN patch which differentiates D-channel protocol discriminators.
right now, everything which is not 1TR6 is treated as EDSS1, which
is not the right thing to do.

this would be similar to saying everything which is not IP is automatically
IPX.

without this patch, a frame which is neither 1TR6 nor EDSS1 can
a) crash the machine and if it does not b) will be misinterprated
by the driver, which is IMO even worse than crashing (the error
is more subtle then).

*PLEASE* !!! ADD this patch ! there are PBX's out there which internally
use neither 1TR6 nor EDSS1. damnit, isn't it in your interest to
make isdn4linux stable :-( ?
