So, I should use this instead of:
kvm-vmx-fix-handling-of-a-fault-during-nmi-unblocked-due-to-iret.patch
kvm-move-exit-due-to-nmi-handling-into-vmx_complete_interrupts.patch
kvm-add-vt-x-machine-check-support.patch
