AFAICS the smp affinity is still initialized to 0xFF instead of
cpu_online_mask, I had some problems with -pre2 [buggy bios?]

And we should really reorder the interrupt numbers:
0x30 is the lowest available priority, and it's used for the most time
critical interrupt (TLB flush).
Could you "ls /proc/irq"? With 2.3.99-pre3, I have 4 folders with the
name "12", that can't be correct :-/
